Sitting on the front porch after dark was like sitting in the middle of your own private woods, as the night critters were in full force the evening I was there.  I find those sounds very relaxing.   I did not get to use the hot tub, but it also is located in a private setting, surrounded by lights at night.  House is nicely furnished and comfortable also.
