A note about our communities.
Each Retreat community has unique common areas we encourage you to explore pavilions, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, playgrounds, and trails are available at every location. Hike to our onsite waterfall (one of the tallest in Tennessee!) at The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, or spend the day fishing and kayaking on the 75 acre lake at The Retreat at Water's Edge. Public docks are available at several locations throughout Water's Edge. Your gate code grants you access to all three communities, so feel free to wander.
