Located within the gated Deer Lick Falls community, this pet-friendly (with approval) getaway is also just minutes from The Caverns, the University of the South, and South Cumberland State Park.
A maximum of two dogs under 25 lbs each is allowed. Please reach out to Guest Services prior to bringing your pet. A fee of $100 + tax will be applied to your reservation if approved.

Gorgeous home, tucked back into a woodsy, private area!
Summit & Shore House was a very nice one night retreat. It is in a nice setting, well stocked, and very peaceful. Sitting on the front porch after dark was like sitting in the middle of your own private woods, as the night critters were in full force the evening I was there. I find those sounds very relaxing. I did not get to use the hot tub, but it also is located in a private setting, surrounded by lights at night. House is nicely furnished and comfortable also. Most definitely will try to make it to the Summit & Shore House again.
Nice and clean tiny home. Love the trees and the hot tub. The lot feels very private.
